It is the policy of Eternal Hair to ensure you are provided with products that will meet your expectations. Due to California State law,
returns can not be accept on human hair extensions as they cannot be re-sold.  This is why the free
Color Match Service and free
Consultation Service are offered.  By utilizing these free services you can be assured that the hair colors will match yours and/or if you are
a candidate for wearing hair extensions.  I am confident you will be satisfied with all other aspects of your Eternal Hair purchases.   

In the event you feel you were misled and your purchase is not as described the following provides instructions for the process of how to
get a refund for your purchase:

  • Any item for return must be in the original packaging and include all tags.
  • Any product that has been altered from it's original packaging or condition will not be credited.
  • All returns require an explanation notification by email to Returns@EternalHairExtensions.com within 5 business days of
    receipt of your order.
  • Approval for all returns is based upon your reason and our inspection of the product after we receive it.  Once we receive
    your email we will send  you an acceptance or denial notification, by email, with instructions on making your return (if
    applicable). After we receive the product it will be inspected and, if approved, a refund for the full purchase amount, less
    shipping and handling  fees, will be issued within 5 business days.




Because it can be intimidating making online purchases Eternal Hair uses PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal is the most widely
used financial institution on the World Wide Web. PayPal is a free service available to *everyone and offers an abundance of free
protection programs (see below).  When you purchase goods online with PayPal, your transactions are covered by PayPal's
Buyer
Complaint Policy. If they find the complaint in your favor, the amount of the payment, if available from the seller, will be transferred back
to your account.  

You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make your purchase.  You can simply pay with your credit card (or other payment
method) as you would with any payment processor.  To do this, without opening an account, follow these instructions:

    1- Click the "Buy Now" button for the product you wish to purchase
    2- When you are finished shopping click the "checkout" button
    3- On the "Sign-In"/"Open New Account" page look for the "Pay with credit card only" link and click
    4- Enter the payment information and you are finished

We are currently accepting International orders and there are no special requirements for our International customers.  All products are
shipped via USPS, United States Postal Service.   This includes local and international locations.  Orders will be shipped within 24 hours
from when the payment is received and cleared.  We can ship to P.O. Box addresses but are not liable for lost items unless the customer
purchases the (optional) insurance service.  Please try to use your physical address rather than a Post Office Box.  Insurance is optional
and must be indicated on your order form. If no insurance is selected, we are not liable for lost or damaged items.  Customers are liable
for returned postage charges if the package is returned unclaimed.




The owner of this website and the Eternal Hair Extension System is in no way responsible for any damage or complications which may
occur as a result of the use of the Eternal Hair Extension System.  It is our experience that this system will not damage your hair however,
there can be allergic reactions to the bonding agent and/or the hair on people sensitive to these items.  Additionally, the attachment
method used with Eternal Hair may not hold for all persons.   Use at your own risk.
